What the badges mean
Checking, Passed, Sent back, Needs you and Check failed, and which need you to act.

- Checking…: AI is reading the upload. Nobody needs to act yet.
- Passed: every must-pass rule passed.
- Sent back: a must-pass rule failed and the learner has been asked for another go.
- Needs you: AI wasn't sure, or the step sends every upload to a reviewer.
- Check failed: AI couldn't read the file, or something went wrong. It's waiting for a reviewer, like any other upload.
