Your product is judged on how well it’s installed and used
The people who install and use your products usually work for someone else. Installers fit products from a lot of different brands, a new model can arrive with a change to the method, and the people who came to the launch session aren’t always the ones who’ll fit it. Once it’s in, the operators and owners using it every day need to know how to run and look after it safely. When an install or the way the product is used goes wrong, the customer usually calls you. Gas, electrical and a lot of building work has to be done by someone licensed for it, and they need your method to get it right.

Drop in your installation manual, a product video or a page from your website, and the AI course builder turns it into a draft you can edit. Offer it in more than one language if your installers need it.

Installers open the course from an emailed link in their phone browser, with no app to install and no account to set up.
Issue the accreditation
Each installer gets a certificate with your branding when they complete the course. It renews automatically when it’s due, and they can add it to LinkedIn.
Keep the list current
Search for any installer by name to see what they’ve completed and when. When a new model launches, you send the update to everyone accredited on the previous one and see who’s completed it.
For building products
Training builders can count towards their CPD
Licensed builders in both countries have CPD to complete, which gives them a good reason to do your training. In New Zealand, a course that’s relevant to a licensed building practitioner’s licence class can count as one of their elective activities. In New South Wales, licensed builders earn CPD points for interactive online learning that covers one of the eight CPD topics and comes from a provider with specialist industry expertise.
