Overrule an AI decision

Change an upload AI approved or sent back on its own, with your name on the result.

  1. In Verification, choose Decided by AI. Or open the step's Uploads in the workflow, where these rows say Decided by AI.
  2. Choose Overrule on the upload.
    • On an approved upload, this opens Send back with an empty note.
    • On a sent-back upload, this opens Approve.

The learner gets the usual email, and the upload then shows your name instead of Decided by AI.
