Choose Approve to let the learner carry on.
Choose Send back to ask for another go. If AI found a problem, the Note to box is already filled in. Edit it, then send.

If the step has an expiry date, check the Expires date above Approve and change it if it's wrong. On steps without an AI check, type the date in yourself. Approve stays off until you do.

The learner gets the usual email either way. Use J and K to move to the next or previous upload.
