When it's about to expire

For learners: the email you get before it expires, and how to upload a new one.

You'll get an email before your document expires, with a button that opens the right step.

Before it expires, you'll see "Your certificate expires on 3 Nov. You can upload a new one now." Your current one still counts until then.
After it expires, the step may ask you for a current one. Your place in the course doesn't change. Once you've uploaded, you go back to where you were.
