Track who has signed off
See which reviewers have opened the link and who has signed off.

Review → Reviewers lists everyone you've invited, with their status:
- Invited: they haven't opened the link yet.
- Reviewing: they've opened it and may be commenting.
- Signed off ✓: they're done.
When your reviewers have signed off and the comments are resolved, add the module to the course with Add to flow, then Publish from the course flow. Nothing reaches learners until you publish.
