See who has done a course

See each learner's status, progress, time and last visit for one course, and export the list.

Open the course and go to Learners. The table shows each learner's group, location, status, progress, total time and when they last opened the course. Status is one of:

Not started
In progress
Completed ✓
Overdue

To narrow the list, search, or filter by Status, Group, Last accessed or a date range. ⚑ Reported issues shows learners who have reported a problem (see 10).

Choose Export CSV to download the list.
