See everything about one learner
Open a learner's profile to see their details, progress and activity across every course.

Click a learner in the list, or choose them from search. Their profile shows:
- their email, organisation, group and when they joined
- how many courses they've started and completed, their average quiz score and how many certificates they hold
- every course they're in, with their progress
- recent activity across all their courses
Choose View record on a course to open their record for that course (see 9). Choose Message to contact them, or Edit profile to change their details.
