Change a score, payment or ID result
Override a learner's quiz score, payment, ID check or certificate, with the change on record.

Learner variables on a learner's record are the values the course reads to decide what happens next and whether a certificate is issued: payment, quiz scores, ID verification and certificate status.
To change one, choose Override next to it and enter the new value. For example, you might:
- fix an answer that was marked wrong
- waive the payment for a sponsored place
- mark someone's ID as verified after checking it by phone
The original value stays on record, and the change is shown in Recent activity with who made it. For example: Overridden 62% → 74% by Sam.
If a learner hasn't met every certificate rule, the record shows what's outstanding. Choose Issue anyway to issue the certificate regardless.
