Send learners' results to Simpro in the background with an API key.

A record step that sends learner results to Simpro in the background.

  1. On the Simpro connection, choose Configure.
  2. Enter:
    • Build URL: the address you log into Simpro at, for example https://acme.simprosuite.com. Some older or US accounts use simprocloud.com.
    • Company ID: 0 if you have one company in Simpro. If you have several, use the ID of the company these learners belong to.
    • API key: in Simpro, go to System Setup → Integrations → API → Applications and create an application with the API Key grant.
  3. Save.

An API key doesn't expire, so the connection keeps working without you having to sign in again. If your organisation needs OAuth instead, it's available under the advanced options.
