Put learners in a group when they arrive

Add learners who come in by SSO link or SCORM to a group, so you can see where they came from.

The Access section of Integrations lists the ways learners can come into the course from another site, app or LMS: the SSO link and the SCORM package.

Each one registers a learner the first time they arrive and adds them to a group, so you can see where they came from. Groups show as a filter in Learners and in reports.

  • To pick the group, choose Configure on the SSO link, or Change group on the SCORM package.
  • Choose ＋ New group in the picker to create one.
