Verify someone another way

Mark a learner verified yourself after checking their identity another way.

If you've confirmed someone's identity another way, such as on a phone call, you can mark them verified yourself.

  1. Open the learner's record.
  2. Next to ID verification, choose Override.

Overrides are kept in the learner's activity, with who made them and when. The original result stays on record.
