Turn on ID verification

Ask learners for photo ID before they sit the test, for licensing and compliance courses.

  1. Open the course.
  2. Find ID verification and choose Turn on.

You can also turn it on from the suggestions on your home page.

Once it's on, learners are asked for photo ID before they sit the test. Their photo ID is checked against the learner's details, and the result is saved on their record.
