Review an ID check

See whether a learner's photo ID is pending or verified, and approve it.

Open the learner's record and find ID verification under Variables. It shows one of:

Pending review: the learner has sent their photo ID and it's waiting to be checked.
Verified: their photo ID has been checked and approved.

To approve a check that's pending, choose Approve.
