Set up your workspace

Five short, skippable steps: who you train, your brand, your team, a first course and a walkthrough.

Five short steps follow. You can skip any of them, and Talk to us is in the top corner throughout.

  1. Who are you training? Pick any of Your staff, Channel partners and Customers. We use this to suggest example courses.
  2. Your brand: upload your logo. We pick a brand colour from it, which you can change. A phone preview shows what learners will see.
  3. Your team: invite colleagues who'll build and manage training, and choose whether they can Build and manage or are an Admin. Learners are added later, from a course.
  4. First course: start from an example that matches who you train, upload a video, PDF manual or photos for how.io to turn into slides, or choose Start blank.
  5. Walkthrough: optionally book a 20-minute video call with someone from how.io, in your own workspace.
