See what's expiring

Find expiring and expired items in the learners list and on each learner's record.

Learners list. Expiring and expired items show under the learner's course status, for example Expiring · 3 Nov or Expired · 12 days ago. Use the Expiring and Expired filters to list them.

Learner record. Open a learner and scroll to Documents and certificates. Each item shows where it came from, when it expires and its status:

  • Valid
  • Expiring
  • Expired
  • Replaced: a newer one was approved. The old file stays for your records.

Choose View upload or ↓ PDF to open it.
