Choose what happens when it expires

Under When it expires, choose one:

• Flag it only: it shows as Expired in the learners list. Nothing changes for the learner.
• Ask for a new one: the step reopens for a new upload. The learner stays where they are in the course.
• Also mark the linked certificate expired: reopens the step, and the course certificate shows as Expired until a new upload is approved.

A new upload is checked and reviewed the same way as the first one.
