Show a step to some groups only

Limit a step to one or more groups. Everyone else skips straight past it.

  1. Select the step and open Who can see it.
  2. Choose Only these groups and add one or more groups. Everyone in the course is the default.

Learners who aren't in any of the groups skip straight to the next step. The section tells you how many that is, for example 68 of your 214 learners are in neither group, so they'll skip this step.

Use Preview as to run the flow as a learner in a particular group would see it.
