Publish and share the course

Set the course live or draft, choose who can open it, and fix anything the check finds first.

Choose Share in the header.

  • Status: Live courses accept new learners. Draft keeps your edits private. Learners already in the course carry on as normal.
  • Link: the course link, with Copy.
  • Who can open it: Anyone, Signed in or Invite only.

Before you share checks the flow and lists anything to fix, for example:

  • whether every step is connected, so no learner can get stuck
  • whether every path out of a menu rejoins
  • modules in the course that aren't in the flow, which learners won't see. Choose Review to see them.
