Choose what happens when nothing fits
Ask for another try or send to a reviewer, and choose who reviews answers AI isn't sure about.

- When no response fits: Ask them to try again or Send to a reviewer. After the last try, it goes to a reviewer.
- When AI isn't sure: always Send to a reviewer. This also covers recordings AI can't hear and anything that goes wrong. The learner waits until a reviewer picks a response.
Choose who reviews under Reviewed by. A learner is never sent back or scored because of an error.
