Set up responses and paths
Describe each kind of answer and set where the learner goes, their score and what's recorded.

Open Responses and paths. Responses are checked from the top, and the first one that fits wins, so put the most serious first. Drag ⋮⋮ to reorder.
Each response has:
- A rule: based on key points, for example Covers all must-have key points or Misses 1 or 2 must-have key points. Or choose ＋ Describe in plain words, for example "Suggests anything that could ignite the gas". You can add example answers to help AI.
- Go to: the step the learner goes to next, such as Next step, a refresher module or a recap.
- Score: points out of the question total, under Counts towards, for example Course score.
- Record as: the option saved on the learner's record, for example Competent or Partial. Later steps can branch on it, like a Choice.
- Feedback: what the learner reads. Use {{missed_points}} to list the points they missed.
