Choose what happens when nothing fits

• When no response fits: Ask for a new photo or Send to a reviewer. The learner is told what was missing. After the last try, it goes to a reviewer.
• When AI isn't sure: always Send to a reviewer. This also covers photos that won't open and anything that goes wrong.

Choose who reviews under Reviewed by. A learner is never sent back or scored because of an error.
