Review photos

Decide photos AI wasn't sure about, overrule its decisions, and add them to your training photos.

Open Photos in the step, or the course's Verification page. Both show the same queue, and a decision made in either place clears it from both. On the Verification page, use Type to show only photos.

Filter by Needs you or by response. Needs you counts photos AI wasn't sure about and failed checks. Photos AI decided on its own say Decided by AI.

To decide a photo:

  1. Open it. You'll see the photos with numbered pins for what AI found and, if AI wasn't sure, why and which responses it was torn between.
  2. Under Send on as, pick a response, or Ask for a new photo.
  3. Leave Add to training photos on so AI handles photos like this next time. Edit the description if you need to.
  4. Edit the feedback if you need to, then choose Send learner on.

The response's path, score and recorded option apply, the same as when AI decides.

To change an AI decision, choose Overrule. If the learner has already moved on, the new score and recorded option replace the old ones and they get the new feedback by email. They aren't moved to a different path.

While a photo waits, the learner shows as Waiting for review in Learners.
