Everything here is a suggestion. Change any of it.

Document type. Edit the name if it's wrong, for example Public liability insurance certificate.

Fields to find. Each field has a label and a type: Name, Date, Amount or Text. Choose ＋ Add a field to add one, or ✕ to remove one.

Rules. Each rule is a sentence. The blue parts are editable:

• Expiry date is at least 30 days after the upload date
• Insured name matches the learner's name
• Cover amount is at least $10,000,000

Choose the field from the dropdown, and type numbers and amounts. Choose ＋ Add a rule for another.

Judgements. For things a rule can't express, choose ＋ Add a judgement and write it in plain words, for example "Issued by an insurer, not self-made".

Set each rule or judgement to Must pass or Advisory:

• Must pass rules decide the outcome.
• Advisory rules are shown to the reviewer, but never send an upload back.
