AI reads each upload and runs your rules, so reviewers only see the ones that need a person.

You upload a sample of the document you want. AI reads it and suggests the document type, the fields to find and the rules. You edit them.
When a learner uploads their document, AI reads it and your rules run:
- All rules pass: the upload is approved and the learner carries on.
- A rule fails: the upload is sent back with a plain-English note.
- AI isn't sure, or something goes wrong: the upload waits for a reviewer, as it does without the check.
The check reads what the document says. It doesn't check whether the document is genuine.
