Issue or revoke a certificate by hand

Issue a certificate from a learner's record even when not every rule has passed.

You can issue or revoke a certificate from any learner's record.

  1. Open the course, go to Learners and click the learner.
  2. Under Learner variables, find Certificate.
  3. Choose Issue anyway to issue it even though not every rule has passed.

Changes like this are recorded in the learner's activity, with who made them.
