How learners get their certificate
The email and PDF learners get when they earn a certificate, and where they download it again.

When a learner earns a certificate, we send them the Certificate issued email with the certificate attached as a PDF, for example Certificate – Priya Shah.pdf. The button in the email opens the certificate's verify page.
To change the wording of that email, choose Edit email under Delivery. See Email templates.
If Learners can re-download from their profile is on, learners can download the PDF again at any time.
