Choose what a learner must do to earn it
Set the rules for a certificate: modules done, quiz score, payment, ID and time on course.

Under Criteria, turn on the rules a learner must meet. Every rule you turn on must pass.
- Complete all modules
- Final quiz score: set the pass mark, for example ≥ 80%.
- Payment received: the learner has paid through the course's payment step.
- ID verified: the learner's photo ID has been checked and approved. See ID verification.
- Minimum time on course: stops people skipping through.
A learner who hasn't met every rule yet has their certificate blocked. Their record shows what's outstanding, for example Blocked: 3 modules & ID outstanding.
