Open the assistant

Choose Ask how.io at the bottom right of any admin page. After you've used it once, it shrinks to an icon.

The chat stays open as you move between pages. The line under the message box, for example Can see: Smart Meter Install · Learners, shows which page it's working from.

With nothing asked yet, it lists suggestions for the page you're on, such as Who's overdue this week? or Invite learners to a course. Choose one, or type your own.
