Check progress and send reminders

Ask who's behind on a course, then send them a reminder you can edit first.

Ask a question such as Who's behind on this course? The answer uses the same statuses as the learners table, like Overdue and Not started, and says where people stopped.

To follow up, ask the assistant to send a reminder. Sending is a separate step:

  1. The preview shows who it goes to, the Subject and the Message.
  2. Choose Edit message to change the wording.
  3. Choose Send to send it.
