What to ask

Every assistant gets the same set of how.io actions, so the requests in Use Claude with how.io work here too. Name the course, then ask for the change the way you'd describe it to a colleague:

• "Show me the steps in CPD 2026."
• "Put all 9 modules in Confined Spaces in straight through."
• "Add Topic 3 after step 2, as a draft."
• "Let learners pick their trade, then everyone rejoins at self-certification."
• "On the step 5 quiz, 8 or more carries on and below 8 repeats the quiz."
• "After step 5, send them an email with their certificate, with reminders after 3 and 7 days."
• "Open the site safety refresher 3 days after step 2, by email."
• "Write a 6-slide module on manual handling and add it after step 3."
• "Who hasn't started Site Safety yet?"

The assistant knows the course flow's own words: A module, A menu, Course logic, Send them an email, Add them to a group, Who can see it, Learner's card and the rest.
