On a ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu plan, a workspace admin decides who can add connectors.

  1. An admin opens Workspace settings, then Apps & Connectors, and allows custom connectors in developer mode.
  2. The admin adds the how.io connector using the steps in Connect ChatGPT, and publishes it to the workspace.

Each person then signs in with their own how.io account the first time they use it. The assistant only ever acts as the person signed in.
