Connect ChatGPT

Add how.io to ChatGPT as a developer mode connector and use it in a chat.

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps & Connectors.
  2. Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
  3. Back in Apps & Connectors, choose Create.
  4. Enter:
    • Name: how.io
    • Description: Build and edit how.io courses
    • MCP server URL: https://mcp.how.io/mcp
    • Authentication: OAuth
  5. Tick that you trust this connector, then choose Create.
  6. Sign in to how.io in the window that opens, and approve access. See Sign in and choose what the assistant can do.

Use it in a chat

In a new chat, choose ＋ under the message box, then choose how.io under Developer mode. Then ask for something, such as "List my how.io courses."
