AI assistant access isn't turned on for your account yet. Contact how.io support.

The assistant can see your courses but can't change anything

You approved Read only, or your how.io account can't edit that course. Disconnect, connect again and approve Read and edit. In Codex, check the scopes line in Connect Codex.

The assistant says it can't reach how.io, or asks you to sign in again

Your sign-in has expired. Connect again: in ChatGPT, open the connector in Apps & Connectors and choose Connect; in Codex, run codex mcp login howio.

how.io doesn't show up in a ChatGPT chat

Check Developer mode is on, and that how.io is chosen under ＋ for this chat.
