When you can't open or change something

If your role doesn't include something, how.io tells you rather than hiding it:

• A whole section, such as Billing: it shows a 🔒 in the menu. Opening it explains why and lists your workspace admins.
• A whole course, as a Manager: a banner says you're viewing it read only. You can see learners and results, and edit buttons show a lock.
• One button, such as Edit module: a message explains who can do it.

Choose Request access in any of these to ask an admin.
